Citizen Amendment bill, the dispute is revolving around this issue. Section 2 of Citizen Amendment bill was introduced , the Section says that those who belongs to Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi or Christian Community From Afghanistan, Bangladesh or Pakistan who entered into India on or before 31st day of 2014and who has been exempted by the central government by clause (c) of sub section (2) of section 3 of passport (Entry into India) Act, 1920 or from the application of the provisions of the foreigners act, 1946 or any rule or order made thereunder, shall not be treated as illegal migrant for the purpose of this Act.
That means no Muslim migrant was given an opportunity to stay legally in India. No Indian will loss nothing due to the amendment of this act but religious discrimination is transparent. Discrimination of a specific religion.
BJP on one side promoting Hindu religion and on another side Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi and Christian community but the fianl step was taken to eradicate migrated of Muslims.

Yes local Muslims may not have problem with bill, but what about inner feelings .....? It is called discrimination. Today migrant Muslims may face such issues but tomorrow that heat may touch another religion. This is a milestone for religious politics. The foundation of religious politics was built and soon the formation will get completed.
There are some words called "Humiliation" "Discrimination", those are psyclogical aspects.
Giving opportunities to other religious and not giving an oportunity to a specific religion is obviously called "Discrimination" .
